Data Deployment
This project was completed in two phases. The first phase was the front end panel experience. Panels need to be set to a specific region as part of their configuration to enable communication with the appropriate server. While the second phase was the Web experience. This needed to be deployed to two regions Europe and Rest of the world.

In collaboration with another designer in the Web team, we worked together to ensure the web experience for Europe and rest of the world was consistent with the panel experience.

Task Flow

Data Region needed to be implemented into the out of box panel set up experience. This implementation meant that I needed to reevaluate the existing out of box panel experience. I needed to be able to insert the new Data Region set up. After further assessment, it made the most sense to rearrange the existing flow to make the most sense for our users.
Data Region also needs to be able to be remotely controlled to help redirect our users to the correct region. This flow is to deploy an EU region for our users within this specific region and any users outside this region points to United States.
Ensuring that when IT admin users trigger the data region allocation these changes are reflected immediately in our front end Admin Tools and Panel experiences.

User insights
Users sign into their account that has been designated to a specific data region. Teachers are able to sign into their accounts if it is pointing to the correct data region.

Otherwise, Users have the ability to redirect to the correct webpage in their region where their accounts are hosted within.
